Capturing the expansiveness of this beach residence for KCC Design + Build and Bruce Nagel+Partners Architect was a challenge due to the time of the year.

Typically, during the shorter days of the year, we find ourselves racing against time to make the most of available daylight. Although the days are shorter, the lower angle of the sun introduces light into the space in a more dramatic manner.
