This series of photos were shot on film with a Holga camera. The construction of the Holga is all plastic and requires gaffer's tape to ensure there is little to no light leak. It barely has a focusing ring, and the shutter is "however long" you press it, AKA "Bulb." It is a blind test for me to test my photography skills. It was indeed "prepare for the worst (terribly over/under expose) and hope for the best (an actual image)."
This series of photos were taken during a trip to Shanghai and Beijing, China, before the Olympic Opening of 2008. The print is printed on Fine Art Archival Matte Paper and is limited to ONE print.
