L-INES Photo documented the Lower East Side Community Healthcare Center, a 4,460 SF facility located on the first floor of a residential building on East Houston Street. Designed by Dattner Architects for Community Healthcare Network (CHN), the center offers a range of services including primary care, specialty care, and behavioral health. The design features a clear division between patient and provider zones, with a welcoming waiting area that brings natural light into the space. Materials and finishes were thoughtfully selected to create intuitive wayfinding and a cohesive brand identity for CHN, contributing to a healing environment for the community.​​
